The Pifari settlement of the Municipality of Aroni is a small settlement of 289.8 achres (in two parts). The project site is located only 8km from Chania airport and 7km from Chania city. Nearby are beautiful beaches such as Marathi with its excellent restaurants, Kalathas and Stavros beaches, all within a 10 minute drive.
The village belongs to the southern region of Akrotiri, overlooking Souda Bay in Western Crete. The Chania-Airport motorway passes through the village, dividing it into two parts.
